Hey everyone! I'm really excited to share my design challenge where I enhanced the usability of the Decathlon app using Jakob Nielsen's 10 usability heuristics as a guide. I chose Decathlon because I absolutely love their physical stores, and I aimed to bring that same amazing experience to their online platform.
I’d love for you to join me on this journey to see how I approached the challenge and improved the usability of the Decathlon app.
Heuristic evaluation is a widely used method for analyzing the user experience in a finished product. The goal of heuristic evaluation is to identify problems in a product and provide appropriate solutions.
In our review process of the Decathlon app, we will use Jakob Nielsen's 10 heuristics, which have proven reliable in UX evaluation.

Implemented a size selection pop-up instead of showing error messages when users forget to select a size. This provides a clear and intuitive interface, reducing confusion and frustration.
